Wishing You Happy Holidays + A Tip for Your Inbox!

As the holiday season wraps us in its warm, festive glow, I want to take a moment to say thank you. Supporting business owners like you is why I love what I do, and I’m so grateful to have you in my circle.

The holidays are a busy time for everyone—our inboxes included! So, here’s a quick tip if you’re wondering: “Should I email my audience during the holidays?”

Email Tips

Balance is key.

Holiday emails are a fantastic way to connect and stay top of mind. Whether it’s a simple thank-you, a thoughtful resource, or a bit of holiday cheer, your audience will appreciate hearing from you. Just be mindful not to overwhelm them with too many emails during an already busy season. A well-timed, genuine message can go a long way.

Summary: it's not to late to send an email to say Happy New Year to your audience. (Ahem... this is a primary example 😉).

Answer: The first email was sent by Ray Tomlinson in 1971 to himself as a test. It wasn’t a meaningful message—it likely said something like "QWERTYUIOP"—but it marked the beginning of email communication as we know it today!

Now... when was the last time you sent an email?
